How do I proceed, should I want to go ahead?

At this stage a 50% deposit is payable. This can be paid via cash; credit card or bank transfer and an invoice will be issued to you on the spot.

What is the next step after my order has been placed?

You will be contacted by a True Value staff member shortly after to arrange a suitable date and time to conduct a technical check measure. We typically like to have your Check Measure completed within 7 days of placing you order. We ask that you be available to meet with our Check Measurer to confirm all design options are correct and can work for your needs. This stage will determine if anything has been unforeseen during the design process and will be corrected. “Measure twice, cut once as they say” 🙂

How long before installation?

Delivery and Installation can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks (sooner if possible) from the time of Check Measure pending on the system of choice however, your designer will be able to give you more of an indication at the time of placing your order. Once your blinds have been made, we will contact you to arrange a date and time for your installation.

What is the installation process?

Once your blinds have been made, you will again be contacted by a True Value staff member to arrange a date and time for the installation to take place. The final balance will be payable at this time via the same options as your deposit. If motorised blinds have been selected, a date and time will be arranged by our qualified electrician within 48 hours after the installation to have your blinds connected.

What happens after installation?

Once your blinds are installed, we will provide you with a Warranty Card and Aftercare Guidelines. A satisfaction slip will be issued for you to say you’re happy with the installation so final payment can be made.
